Editorial trust route
If we get it wrong, we show the work.
A correction is not a threat to the project. It is part of making a clear, useful editorial record.
What helps
- Page name or URL, plus the date you saw it.
- The sentence, image, source reference, or disclosure that needs review.
- A public source or a concise explanation of the concern, if available.
Please do not send
Private photos, account credentials, full names or dates of living people, health or financial details, precise addresses, employer-confidential material, or records you do not have permission to share.

- 02 / CHECK
Compare the claim
A human reviewer checks the wording, scope, source, and rights before changing a page.
- 03 / RECORD
Show the resolution
Material issues pause the affected route until the owner records a correction decision.
