Editorial trust route

If we get it wrong, we show the work.

A correction is not a threat to the project. It is part of making a clear, useful editorial record.

What helps

  • Page name or URL, plus the date you saw it.
  • The sentence, image, source reference, or disclosure that needs review.
  • A public source or a concise explanation of the concern, if available.

Please do not send

Private photos, account credentials, full names or dates of living people, health or financial details, precise addresses, employer-confidential material, or records you do not have permission to share.

Human review path

A simple, visible sequence.

  1. 01 / LOCATE

    Name the surface

Record the page, version, and issue category: source, rights, privacy, disclosure, or format.

  2. 02 / CHECK

    Compare the claim

A human reviewer checks the wording, scope, source, and rights before changing a page.

  3. 03 / RECORD

    Show the resolution

Material issues pause the affected route until the owner records a correction decision.
